Our Founding Attorney

- Attorney Dianna Stallone graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Mitchell College of Law, also completing semesters at both at the University of Minnesota Law School and at Emanuel College, University of Cambridge, England.
Legal Practice
Attorney Stallone has worked as a lawyer at three elite law firms, Meagher, Geer, Markham, Adamson, Flaskamp & Brennan, LLP, (now known as Meagher & Geer, LLP), Burns & Levinson, LLP in Boston, and Powers & Hall, P.C. also in Boston. Attorney Stallone has owned and operated the Law Office of Dianna R. Stallone, since 1991 and currently practices in New York and Massachusetts. Attorney Stallone practices in corporate law, civil and human rights, employment, constitutional law, non-profit law, health care law and civil litigation.
Civil and Human Rights
Attorney Dianna Stallone has a life-long passion for human and civil rights. She was appointed as a Civil Rights Commissioner for the Minneapolis Commission Against Discrimination by the Minneapolis City Council. As a Civil Rights Commissioner, Attorney Stallone heard civil rights cases, made rulings of law and wrote the official opinions of the commission's hearing panel.
Attorney Stallone was also elected to the Board of Directors for the Lawyer's International Human Rights Committee.
She currently serves as Corporate Counsel and Chairman of the Board for an international non-profit organization, Youth Futures International, Inc. and its predecessor, Safe Haven Project, Inc.
Attorney Stallone has a long history of pro bono service in the area of civil and human rights. She has provided pro bono services in the US and has also worked in Cordoba, Argentina and Madrid with various human rights organizations.
Mediation
Attorney Stallone is a trained mediator. Attorney Stallone received her Certificate of Completion as a mediator after training with Harvard based trainers, Gary Freidman and Jack Himmelstein in Understanding Based Mediation.
Attorney Stallone founded the first Tikkun Mediation Center. The Center operated on principles of healing and repairing relationships and understanding based mediation.

Attorney Stallone published a law review article on mediation of domestic violence cases in the University of Minnesota Law School's Law and Inequality Journal: "Decriminalization of Violence in the Home: Mediation of Wife Battering Cases. "

Licenses and Court Admissions
Attorney Stallone is currently licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts and is admitted to the State Supreme Judicial Court in Massachusetts, the First Circuit Federal District Court, The New York Supreme Court, The Eighth Circuit Federal District Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals (Minnesota license inactive.)
